The studio

Two partners, one queue, no account managers.

Since 2018 we have worked as the design team of startups too early to hire one. This is the path every request takes.

Who you get

01 The queue

One request at a time, all the way through.

Add anything to the board, in any order. We pull the top card, finish it, and only then pull the next, so nothing sits half-designed while three other things start.

02 The first pass

Sketches in 48 hours, not a deck in two weeks.

You see rough thinking early: two or three directions, drawn fast, with a short walkthrough. Changing course on day two costs an afternoon, not a sprint.

03 The proof

Colour and type get proofed, not eyeballed.

Every palette is checked for contrast and every type scale is read on a real screen before it reaches you. What looks right at full zoom rarely survives a phone.

04 The handoff

You keep a system, not a folder of screens.

Each request lands in one Figma library: tokens, components, and the reasoning behind them. Your developers build from it on Monday, with or without us.
